In Saarbrücken there is a park called "Bürgerpark" ("peoples park") where is a kind of a pond. There are many stupid and careless people who throw everything into the water and for that reason it looks horrible now :(

How I hate that!! That is so much non-respect for the environment and other people. I just cannot understand why some people voluntarily drop their garbage in public spaces. They would not do so at their own place!!!!
