"postal code fight"

There are many people, mostly youths, who spray the last numbers of their place's postal code they live in on walls, houses or signs. It seems a popular thing among youths to show off where they belong to and sometimes they start to "battle" people from another postal code area. "117" belongs to Old-Saarbrücken, where I found this street sign and the smearing on it.

Yellow Bags

Another Yellow Bags post today.
Everything that's marked with the Green Dot you throw into such yellow bags. Once a week there comes a big car that carries the bags away.

at the stop lights

That's a close-up of one of those "stop light boxes".
At many stop lights for walkers there are small yellow boxes. You can push them and when the lights turn green they usually start vibrating so that blind people know when it's save to cross the street. Often they make sounds, too.

How do you call that long thing on which 2 kids can sit and going up and down all the time? teeter-totter? Anyway it's one end of that thing.
